Before you send anything back

Wait for the authorisation. Returns shipped without one can be refused.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, with the item in original condition and packaging.
A 15-20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and original shipping is not refundable.
No fee at all if the item is defective, arrived damaged, or we made the error, and we pay return shipping.
A firearm is final once you complete the Form 4473 at your dealer, so please inspect it before you sign.
Opened ammunition, custom or special order items, engraved items and clearance items cannot be returned.
