The Maxim Defense Industries Maxim PDX Semi-automatic Pistol in 762X39 caliber with a 5.5" barrel is engineered for Tier 1 close-quarters applications. Measuring just 18.75" in overall length, this pistol is the ultimate Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) for confined, urban, or vehicle-based operations. At the core of the PDX is the patented SCW system, featuring a 4" brace system with an integrated bolt carrier group and interchangeable buffer weights. This design provides enhanced recoil control, faster follow-up shots, and improved reliability across various calibers. The PDX is equipped with the Maxim HATEBRAKE muzzle booster, which is installed under the handguard to reduce recoil, decrease flash signature, and redirect blast forward, making it ideal for close-quarters or suppressed use.
Additional features include a Radian Charging Handle and Selector, a fully floated 2 MOA-accurate barrel, and an upper receiver with an HK-height rail. These components ensure precision, ease of use, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
