Talley Manufacturing was founded by Dave Talley, a custom rifle builder and firearm designer who recognized that a rifle's accuracy is only as good as the mounting system holding its scope. Originally starting in Glenrock, Wyoming, before expanding and relocating its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to Santee, South Carolina, the company has spent over forty years perfecting its designs. Today, under the leadership of President Gary Turner, Talley continues to be a trusted name specified by top gun manufacturers and discerning sportsmen worldwide.
