Founded in Bologna, Italy, in 1885, Baschieri & Pellagri was born from a partnership between dedicated hunter Settimio Baschieri and chemistry graduate Guido Pellagri. The duo set out to revolutionize ammunition by experimenting with smokeless gunpowders, leading to the creation of "Acapnia," one of the first successful smokeless white gunpowders. Over the next century, B&P pioneered numerous ballistic advancements, including the introduction of F2 powder in 1962 and the development of their iconic Gordon System cases, earning a legendary reputation and contributing to numerous Olympic and championship victories.
