A-Zoom precision metal snap caps were originally introduced to the market in 2000 to meet the growing demand for durable, high-quality training rounds. In 2002, the brand was acquired by Lyman Products Corporation, a legendary manufacturer of firearm accessories and reloading tools founded in 1878. Under Lyman's stewardship, A-Zoom's manufacturing was brought in-house to their facility in Middletown, Connecticut, where engineers automated the production of their signature rubber primer inserts while maintaining strict CNC-machining standards.
