LEM MaxVac Textured Mylar Bags 11" x 13" 50/ct

Designed to be vacuumed and sealed with external vacuum sealers these heavy-duty food-grade Mylar bags are ideal for long-term storage of dry goods and freeze-dried foods. Perfect for preserving the freshness of grains coffee beans dried beans etc. and protecting them from light moisture insects dust and debris. Save money by purchasing these foods in bulk and then re-packing in smaller portions. The Mylar bags' 5.9-mil thickness resists puncturing and prevents oxygen and water from penetrating the bag and a foil layer excludes light to further protect flavor and freshness. With textured sides that help eliminate hidden air pockets these bags are suitable for sealing with an external vacuum sealer (with increased sealing time/temperature).

Compatible with most external vacuum sealers; we recommend LEM's MaxVac® vacuum sealers for best results. Tear notch for easy opening. Safe for refrigerator and freezer. Not suitable for boiling or microwaving. Lem recommends using oxygen absorbers (300-500cc per bag). 50 bags. 11" x 13".
