Layaway agreement

Today you pay a deposit of at least 20% of the layaway total to start your layaway.
TheGunDock.com holds the item for you until it is paid in full.
Pay any amount at any time. There is no fixed schedule and no credit check. You can pay online from the link in your layaway emails, or call us at 502-272-4859 to make a payment.
The whole balance must be paid by the pay off date on your layaway. We email you a reminder before that date.
If you cancel, or the balance is not paid by the pay off date, your layaway is cancelled and the item goes back on sale. We keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
The layaway total includes sales tax, and shipping when your item ships to you.
Firearms ship to your licensed dealer (FFL), who does the transfer and the normal background check.
