The Swift Scirocco II line of hunting ammunition uses a proprietary polymer tip to improve terminal ballistics. This is also meant to aid in reliable expansion at longer ranges. They use a secant ogive bullet shape to reduce drag and maximize the ballistic coefficient. The bullet uses a lead core which is bonded with a copper jacket.
