The Howa M1500 barreled action in .308 Winchester has a carbon fiber wrapped 24" heavy-contour target barrel to help you get the maximum performance out of this versatile cartridge without suffering the weight penalty of traditional all-steel target barrels. Fully assembled with the barrel chambered installed and properly headspaced this action eliminates the most difficult work in "building" your own bolt action rifle. Install it in the stock or chassis system of your choice and you have high-quality custom rifle at an amazingly affordable cost.
