Pro-Cure's custom milled borax is a super fine granule so it coats well without caking, and it has an additional 5% moisture added to it so it won't over dry eggs. Steelheaders seem to prefer boraxed eggs, but borax is also becoming a very important additive when custom curing your eggs with either the Wizard, or Pro-Cure egg cure.
