Layaway agreement

• Your deposit is due today to start your layaway. It is non-refundable — it's our fee for holding the firearm for you.
• Pay any amount toward your balance anytime — no fixed schedule and no credit check. We'll email you reminders.
• If you cancel, or don't pay your balance in full by your due date, we keep your deposit as a cancellation fee and refund any additional payments you've made. The firearm then returns to our inventory.
• We hold the firearm for you until it's paid in full. Sales tax and shipping are calculated and collected at payoff.
• Firearms require a background check and a valid FFL transfer when you pick up or have it shipped to your dealer at payoff.

I have read and agree to these layaway terms — including that my deposit is non-refundable if I cancel or don't pay off by the due date (any payments beyond the deposit are refunded).
