The NCOM also features standard NVK sight cuts a bull barrel with a hard chrome finish and a high-performance reverse dual-spring guide rod system. The front-strap is available in either a checkered or smooth texture and the NCOM is available in both 45 ACP (8 round) and 9mm (10 round) versions that use standard 1911 government magazines.

These include a beavertail grip safety combat hammer and trigger group and undercut trigger guard.
